Pier 40

Pier 40 was established through the Hudson River Park Act of 1998. The Hudson River Park Trust, which includes Pier 40, is a partnership between both the City and State of New York to help develop a 4 mile stretch on the West side, waterfront of Manhattan.

  help to rehabilitate the Sprinkler System on Pier 40, by means boroscope inspection, ultrasonic testing, and corrosion analysis-which will help to save approximately 70% of piping for re-use. also plans to extend life of the pipe with annual corrosion flushing, all while maintaining full access to the pier.

NYE provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 25,000 ft2 building.  Work was done in Building 1, on 6th floor.
