We provided professional Mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of a feasibility study of several options for upgrades to the hot water plant, chilled water plant, and cogeneration. The high end residential building consists of 54 units, currently operates on Con Ed steam, contains a 4-pipe HVAC system, and has an absorption chiller. 1049 Fifth Avenue is electronically master metered.
