Schargel Residence

This townhouse on East 30th Street, built in the late 1880's, was gut renovated in the 1980's by the Architect/ Owner. Warm and bright, this home extends over 4 floors of living space (plus full-height basement) and has gorgeous Mahogany and Oak hardwood flooring, marble-mantled fireplaces and fine, thoughtful detailing throughout.
