This will include: mechanical engineering design consulting related to individual heating and A/C systems for both retail & offices; complete electrical service and distribution for the building services and retail & offices; complete plumbing design; new sprinkler system for the entire building; general consulting with the architect regarding strategy for integrating the required MEP/FP systems. Retail space shall be designed as white box space for fit out by future tenant.
