This is an Indian cuisine QSR located in the state of MI. NY Engineers designed a central Air conditioning system with rooftop unit, new gas fired water heater for domestic use; a new electrical service to provide connections to equipment for power distribution and lighting design.

About Honest Troy
Since their humble beginnings as a family-run street-cart in 1975, their passion has been to offer fresh food by using quality ingredients. Originally based out of Ahmedabad, their strong customer base has allowed us to open in Thailand and now they bring Honest to the United States for the first time.
All preparations are made from scratch daily and dishes are cooked to order. They use the freshest and highest quality ingredients. There are no frozen or processed products in our kitchens.
