Bryant Park

Originally built by Andrew Carnegie as the Engineer’s Club in 1907, Bryant Park Place is a 82 unit, 100% owned coop comprised of 4 buildings, and the only residence on Bryant Park.

NYE provided professional ME engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of mechanical and electrical renovation for two elevators in the co-op building.
